1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery availability may vary based on your pin code. You can check delivery availability at checkout by entering your pin code.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express same-day or next-day delivery is available in select cities. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day (business days only).
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged. Express delivery charges vary based on location and order size and will be displayed at checkout. We work to provide fast delivery, but dates may vary by pin code and courier conditions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order in real time through the tracking link provided or by visiting your Orders page on our website.
5. Prescription Verification Delay
For prescription medicines, your order will be held for verification before dispatch. Our pharmacist will verify your prescription within 1–2 business hours. Orders are dispatched only after verification is complete.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charge.
7. Packaging
All medicines are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain efficacy. We ensure your privacy — the outer packaging contains no medical information.
