Gutclear Syrup 200ml contains Lactitol Monohydrate 66.67% w/v 10g per 15ml. Lactitol is disaccharide analogue osmotic laxative which draws water into intestine, softens stool and increases bowel movement. It also reduces blood ammonia levels by promoting growth of good bacteria. Indicated for chronic constipation, bowel preparation before procedures, and hepatic encephalopathy management.
