Grilinctus-P Paediatric Syrup contains Paracetamol, Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine for flu, stuffy nose, runny nose and sneezing
Grilinctus-P Syrup 60ml contains Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup. Paracetamol is an analgesic antipyretic which reduces fever and pain. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant which relieves stuffy nose and nasal congestion. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine which relieves sneezing, runny nose and allergic symptoms.
