About this Medicine
Frankoff-DX Syrup contains Dextromethorphan, Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine which is used for dry cough with cold and nasal congestion
Frankoff-DX Syrup contains Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup. Dextromethorphan is an antitussive which suppresses dry cough by acting on cough centre in brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which relieves blocked nose by narrowing blood vessels. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistaminic which relieves allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose and throat irritation. This combination is used for treatment of dry cough associated with common cold, blocked nose and allergic symptoms. It provides relief from dry cough and cold symptoms. Dosage should be taken as directed by physician
