About this Medicine
Pediatric broad spectrum antibiotic with clavulanate for resistant infections
Monocef-O CV combines Cefpodoxime, a 3rd generation cephalosporin, with Potassium Clavulanate, a beta-lactamase inhibitor. This combo helps fight bacteria resistant to other antibiotics. Used for pediatric respiratory, urinary and skin infections. Pineapple Peppermint flavour for better taste.
Notes / Caution
Schedule H - Prescription drug. Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Complete full course. May cause diarrhea, nausea. Not for viral infections. Store constituted suspension in refrigerator and use within 7-10 days
